Many of the Plantation Villa staff come from underprivileged backgrounds and have not had access to formal education. As a result, they struggle to guide and mentor their children in pursuing education or vocational opportunities, leaving a gap in support for their children’s future.

We work closely with the parents to ensure that all their children are attending school. For older children, we assist in selecting middle or high schools and offer guidance and mentorship to help them navigate their educational paths.

When children demonstrate a special ability or interest, we support their growth by funding extra classes, purchasing necessary equipment, and creating opportunities to develop their skills.

One child with a passion for dancing was supported with classes, trips to performances in the city, and opportunities to showcase her talent amongst the village. Her success inspired many in the village to take up dancing.

We help to boost the morale of the community by hosting regular dance shows for children to take part in and for the rest of the village to attend.
